Out of all the things I have experienced in my life, and all the accomplishments
I have made, nothing compares to my family. My family has been the true classroom of life. I have learned about myself, and
how to lead and listen to others. There is an old saying, "how can you lead an organization, when you cannot lead your family?"
My family has prepared and is still preparing me for a leadership role in education. I have learned how to take a vision and
rely to the rest of those who I have influence over to help it come to pass. My family has taught me to be a priest, counselor,
teacher, administrator, judge, servant, and the list goes on. If one can help produce a successful family unit, then one will
be productive in leading others.
