I define
hobbies as an enjoyable pastime that has developed into an adequate skill. Here is a list of hobbies that I have enjoyed
READING
As a child I had a visual impairment that did not allow me to read words in length. However, as I grew older my vision
improved. When I began to further my education, I began to read everything. You will always catch me with at least one book
in my briefcase. I enjoy fiction, drama, and educational books. My favorite books are types that deal with spiritual and personal
growth. I am determined to find out all I can on help develop and help others.
TECHNOLOGY I believe in technology
as a form of literacy. In order to achieve at any level and in any job, technology is mandatory. As a Technology teacher I
have had the privilege to learn and use all of the latest technology that educators would use. I have been a computer consultant
in my family and community for the past 3 years. I have taught teachers and parents alike the vast and ever changing world
of technology in which we live. ATHLETICS I did not say I am good at it, but I do enjoy keeping in shape. Basketball,
bowling, and lifting weights are my favorites.
MUSIC if you were to ask me what multiple intelligence best fit
my learning style, it would VISUAL and MUSICAL. I have worked on collage stations, and was a professional disc jockey throughout
my undergraduate carrier. For the past 2 years I have practiced drumming. Presently I am playing the drums on weekends for
my church.
